All
Titleholders are encouraged to attend functions as "Royalty"
from time to time, as
schedules permit.
We have numerous activities
to
take part in. All Titleholders are free to join
us whenever possible!
Titleholders are expected to
return the following year and
help coronate new Titleholders.
Additionally, Contestants who do not win Titles may
request or be asked to appear as Ambassadors.
The
Children's part of the Pageant happens earlier
in the day and is treated like an entirely separate
event. The
Teen and Older Divisions' portion
occurs after the Children's part of the Pageant finishes.
As a rule, when there is
a Pageant with multiple age groups, the "Littler" Contestants
go onstage and we "crown" them first, so that they
can be cared for properly and leave, if need be.
However, all Little Titleholders are
encouraged to stay to share in group
Pageant photos, etc. *Generally, this applies for
Babies
and Toddlers.
Mothers
or chaperones of those 3 and under must
remain with or nearby children at all
times during preparation/staging. *This means you can accompany your child
onstage. If the child is under 3 and able to compete
"alone", you can stand near the stage, etc. Our concern here
is for your child's safety while they're having fun!
Any winning
Contestant
is
required for group photos.
*We submit the group photos to television, press and
major magazines, so everyone
needs to be included!
Babies and Toddlers are considered "somewhat" a
group of their own and we photograph them as such,
just in case!
